Register to Vote / Change Registration

The last day to register to vote for the 2016 General Election is Tuesday, October 11, 2016

The Registration Form is used to register to vote or to change your registered name, address, and/or party affiliation. Registration forms are available at the Election Office, most banks, post offices, municipal offices and libraries. You can also download the form here and mail the completed registration form to:

    You may also register to vote on-line or use the registration forms found at the Pennsylvania Department of State website, VotesPA.

    The last day to register to vote for the 2016 General Election or to change your name, party or address is Tuesday, October 11, 2016. A new ID card listing your polling place will be mailed to you. If you are unsure if you are still registered and/or unsure of where you vote, it is suggested that you contact the Election Office prior to Tuesday, October 11, 2016.
