If you have voted in your precinct before you will not need identification. If it is the first time voting at your precinct you will need some form of identification.

How do I get an Absentee/Mail-In Ballot?

To receive an absentee/mail-in ballot you must first complete an absentee/mail-in ballot application and return the signed application to the Elections Office by 5 P.M. on Tuesday, April 21, 2020. You can request an application be mailed to you by calling the Centre County Elections office at 814-355-6703. You can also Download Absentee Ballot Application (PDF) or or apply on line VotesPA.com/ApplyAbsentee. If you are registered in another County, you must request your application from that County. Mail or drop off the completed application to:
