About Us

RSVP of Centre County is a part of the Corporation for National & Community Service. CNCS supports Senior Corps, Americorps and Learn & Serve. Senior Corps has three programs: Retired & Senior Volunteer Program, Foster Grandparents Program and Senior Companion Program .

RSVP was founded in 1985 through the support of the Centre County Commissioners and the Centre County Office of Aging, Kenneth Pendleton, Director (/). We are located in the Willowbank Building (upper level) Room 245, 420 Holmes Street, Bellefonte, PA 16823. The RSVP office is open M-F, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and you are invited to visit or give us a call at (814) 355-6816. The Willowbank Building is fully handicapped accessible. RSVP is an equal opportunity program, offering reasonable accommodations for volunteers with an inclusive range of skills and abilities. Handicapped accessibility is available at the Willowbank Building and many of our partner locations.

Advisory Council
The Centre County RSVP Advisory Council consists of a maximum of 21 members who serve in an advisory capacity to the Project Director in matters affecting planning and program support.
