The Centre County Drug and Alcohol Planning Council is an 11 member board which meets monthly to advise Centre County Drug and Alcohol in the planning, coordinating, and administering of drug and alcohol services. The Council works with the Drug and Alcohol Administrator to develop continuing plans for the program and to make recommendations to the Mental Health/Intellectual Disabilities/Early Intervention-Drug and Alcohol Administrator and to the Centre County Board of Commissioners on matters relating to alcohol/drug abuse and funds required to implement the program.
