[ARCHIVED] Increase In Existing JCS/ATJ/CJEA Fee

Effective August 8, 2014, there will be a fee increase of $12.00, pursuant to the passage of House Bills 1337 and 278, which is known as Act 13 of 2014 and Act 126 of 2014. The increase will be added to all new filings of Petitions for Grant of Letters and first filings of other petitions, such as Petitions for Settlement of Small Estates, Petitions to Confirm Consent, Petitions for Termination of Parental Rights, Petitions for Adoptions, Petitions for Appointment of Guardians and Inter Vivos Trusts.
