The Centre County Conservation District Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the Centre County Conservation District will be sponsoring a limited number of scholarships for an educational conservation camp and the Penn State Conservation Leadership School in memory of former Associate Director Richard E. Bland. We are excited to offer these educational opportunities to the youth of Centre County.
