On February 16, 2013 revised regulations affecting fees for Chapter 105 Water Obstruction and Encroachment Permit applications became effective. As a result of the revised regulations, the fees associated with filing an application have changed. In addition, please note that application forms for Chapter 105 permits, both joint permit application and general permit registration forms, have been revised and beginning on March 18, 2013 applications received using the old forms will no longer be accepted. Applicants will no longer be given an additional 10 business days to submit the Chapter 105 Fee Calculation Worksheet and correct fee outside of the standard completeness review. The new application forms may be obtained from DEP's elibrary.
