2018 Drug Takeback Day Flyer FINAL.jpg

The Sheriff’s Office and the Centre County HOPE Initiative will give the public an opportunity to prevent prescription drug misuse and theft by ridding their homes of potentially dangerous expired, unused, and unwanted prescription drugs.

From 10 AM to 2 PM on Saturday, April 28 bring your prescriptions for disposal to Burkholder’s Market (107 Market Drive, Spring Mills, Pa) or Weis Markets (501 N 3rd Street, Philipsburg, Pa).

For more information about the disposal of prescription drugs or about the April 28 Take Back Day event, go to the Centre County HOPE Initiative Website www.centrecountyhope.org or contact the Sheriff’s Office at 814-355-6803.

Please note: We cannot accept illegal drugs, needles, or aerosol cans. We can accept pills, over-the-counter and prescriptions.
The service is free and anonymous - no questions asked.
