At its regular meeting to be held on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at 10:00 AM, at 420 Holmes Street, Room 146, Bellefonte, the Commissioners of Centre County, will consider the adoption of, and if appropriate enact, a proposed LERTA ordinance.
An ordinance of the County of Centre, Pennsylvania, establishing a real estate tax abatement schedule for rehabilitation of commercial property in designated areas of the Borough of Bellefonte pursuant to the improvement of deteriorating real property or areas tax exemption act, 72 p.s. §§ 4711-101, et seq. and Local Economic Revitalization Tax Assistance law (LERTA) 72 p.s. 4722 et seq.
